Industry Cladding is proud to be part of the prestigious Seafarers Project in Docklands, Melbourne, delivering expert cladding and roofing solutions for this world-class waterfront development. Designed to blend heritage with contemporary architecture, Seafarers is a landmark mixed-use precinct featuring Melbourne’s first international luxury hotel by 1 Hotel & Homes, along with premium residences and public spaces.

Our scope of work included the installation of over 2300m2 of True Oak Super 5 Corrugated Roofing with a 35mm rib, due to its deeper, wider and stronger performance than a standard corrugated sheet and its heritage aesthetics to tie in with the history of the area.

With a strong focus on quality craftsmanship and precision, Industry Cladding collaborated closely with builder ICON to deliver a seamless solution. This project exemplifies our ability to work on large-scale, high-end developments, bringing innovation and expertise to Melbourne’s evolving cityscape.
