Led by Directors, Grant Wright and David Young, Industry Roofing & Cladding boasts a team of professional, dedicated, highly skilled experts.

Our site managers, plumbers, carpenters and other tradies all have extensive experience and are all employed on a full-time basis — there are no subbies on our team. Our on-site crews are backed by effective business systems and administration resources. This helps them deliver a superior quality approach and finish for even the most challenging of projects.

We take pride in helping all our team members develop their skills and experience, providing structured training and career progression opportunities. As a result, our staff retention rates are some of the best in the industry.

Our company culture is founded on teamwork. We look out for one another — on-site, on the workshop floor, and in the office. When combined with a dash of innovation and continuous improvement, our team-focused culture ensures we remain at the top of our game.

No matter the size, complexity or budget, we approach each and every project in exactly the same way, applying the same quality control systems and processes. All our quality systems and processes are reviewed on an ongoing basis, and staff training and KPIs are tied to quality outcomes.

Our project management and business systems deliver up-to-date, highly accurate outputs on factors like design coordination, scheduling and budgets to help project stakeholders make more informed decisions, faster.

With detailed systems in place, we are always prepared and ready to go — not just on-site, but from a paperwork perspective as well. We really do deliver cost-effective, streamlined projects from conception through to completion.

WORKPLACE HEALTH AND SAFETY

Our focus on safety is uncompromising — nothing is more important than the health, safety and wellbeing of our employees, project stakeholders and the general public.

From a management perspective, we have a strict Workplace Health and Safety Management Plan (and associated internal processes and procedures) to identify, control and eradicate safety risks. If there is any safety risk, immediate action is taken.

Every project is issued a site-specific Safe Work Method Statement. All our tradies are fully trained in site safety, with weekly toolbox safety meetings a key feature of our on-site safety process. Zero harm is our goal.

ENVIRONMENT AND COMMUNITY

As a regional business, Industry Cladding
& Roofing is firmly embedded in its local community. We believe in investing in our people, as well as the communities in which
they live and work. That’s why we sponsor and volunteer at so many of our local sporting teams.

We also recognise that we have a responsibility to protect the environment, and are committed to undertaking our activities in a way that promotes sustainability as much as possible. From our fabrication shop, through to our office, and out on-site, our Environmental Management Policy is strictly adhered to.

In all our activities, we strive to reduce our consumption of power, water and materials. We re-use and recycle materials as much as possible, and work to control the impact of construction on air and water quality.
